レジだけでなく、販売する商品の選定から、ディスプレイも担当していただきます。初心者でも指導しますので大丈夫です。

Kinokuniya Bookstore Santa Monica is hiring! We’re looking for someone with­ extensive knowledge and interest in manga (Japanese comic books), anime, and popular English titles!
Located inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace, our store specializes in books, Japanese stationery, novelty & collector’s items, gifts, and more! As employees, we’re able to engage with our local Japanese community, and introduce our many American customers to the joys of Japanese language, literature and products!
Working as an English Book specialist will involve monitoring popular titles and trends, stocking and displaying books and merchandise in our store, and assisting customers both at the register and out on the sales floor! Speaking to customers about their interests and pointing them towards a manga they’ll love is incredibly rewarding, and helps to encourage new readers and build our customer base!
New to retail? Not a problem! Our staff works collaboratively and will help you get adjusted to the position. Benefits include employee discounts, and frequent opportunities to participate in large-scale popular events like Anime Expo and LA Comic Con!
