VENICE RAMEN

Homemade noodles made in the store every morning. The craftsmanship of 30 years in this line of work. Please enjoy a cup of the finest, most calculated soup. The combination of the clear, light, golden broth and the glutinous, slippery homemade noodles is nostalgic for the old-fashioned Chinese soba noodles. The owner's speciality is Tokyo tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, which he has been making since the establishment of the restaurant; the silky, elegant soup made from only the best-squeezed beer, which is cooked for 24 hours, is perfect to finish off, and the noodles that go with it are made by the owner himself with his own craftsmanship, based on the temperature and humidity of the day. No preservatives are added to the noodles. The thin noodles are made without any preservatives, and are loved by men and women of all ages for the perfect soup. The jumbo gyoza (dumplings), handmade from the skin up, are also highly recommended.
