Job Description #1 - ウエハウススタッフー自社の倉庫内における作業:
* 入出荷作業
* ピッキング仕分け作業
* 配送準備 (Amazon, Wholesale, Retail用など)
* 在庫管理(数量チェック）
* 入出荷の品質管理、積み下ろし
* キットの作成と管理
* その他付随する事務・雑務

Requirements:
* チームプレーヤー、几帳面、丁寧に商品を扱える方
* 40-80lb程度のリフティングが可能な方
* 合法的なワークステータスとSSNをお持ちの方（ビザのサポートはありません）

歓迎するスキル:
* Shopify / AmazonFBA経験のある方優遇
* 2年間の倉庫とオーダーフルフィルメント、マネージメント経験のある方優遇
* アドミ・マーケティング経験のある方優遇


#2 - Social Media Specialistポジションの作業:
Social Media Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and conversion efforts.
* Align social media strategies with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
* Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, and audio/podcast).
* Develop a content calendar that attracts and appeals to the company’s target audience.
* Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
Engagement and Community Management:
* Oversee community engagement strategies to engage with followers, influencers, and other brands.
Analytics and Reporting:
* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as followers, engagement, and website traffic.
* Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and campaigns.
Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work closely with the creative director, marketing manager, & paid media strategist.
Stay Updated:
* Keep up-to-date with social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
* Continuously learn and adopt new tools and strategies to improve social media presence.

Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.

Skills:
* Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
* Strong understanding of social media key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
* Strong content creation & editing skills, experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, etc.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
