Job Description - Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to input
- Input payables into accounting system for related purchases and expenses
- Work closely with Head Office Purchasers to ensure their orders are properly allocated to each company branch
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the orders are completed correctly and on time
- Create allocation sheets for every purchase order and update the Google sheet until it is complete
- General office and administrative tasks including email, phone calls, and filing
- Other duties as required to support the warehouse and the office
Compensation Hourly $18.00 - $21.00
