We welcome motivated, Japanese culture minded individuals who are willing to work hard and efficiently.
Experience and language skills are not required, but those who can speak both Japanese ・ English and those who have worked in a fine restaurant are especially welcome.
Those who are good at preparing and serving fish are also welcome.
You must be able to respond flexibly and quickly, keeping an eye on the chef's movements and the speed at which customers eat.
