Job Description 【募集人材】

・過去にUSAで日系飲食店の勤務が望ましい。
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、上司、部下の間にたてる人物。
・リーダーシップ性を持ち、自発的な考えを持てる人物。

【Job Description】

入社後は店舗研修からスタート。（3カ月間目安、場合によってはそれ以上になる場合もある）
・店舗でキッチン、サーバーの業務を単独で行うようになる。
・食材発注、在庫管理、シフト作成、労務管理を理解し、一人で行えるようになる。
・POSシステムを理解し運用することが出来る。
・店舗従業員とのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う事ができるようになる。
・本部の戦略を理解して実行に移すことができるようになる。
・原価率、人件費の課題点を見つけ、改善を行う
・壱番屋の企業理念を理解し、実践する。
Compensation รายเดือน $5,000.00
Raise / Bonus 年2回の査定があります。
査定次第で昇給可能です。
