7月11日に、大谷選手とフリーマン選手のGold Collection(オーセンティック)について購入依頼をさせていただきました。『数日以内に販売中止』との案内を受けたため、メーカー自体の販売終了なのか、店頭在庫がなくなる可能性という意味なのかLINEで確認しましたが、既読後返信はありませんでした。公式LINEでは「電話・チャット・質問がLINEで完結」と案内されていますが、私が販売終了について確認した質問は既読後も返信がありませんでしたし、その後2度ほどLINEしましたが、8月18日現在も未読のままです。購入判断に関わる内容だったため、案内されているサポート体制と実際の対応に差を感じました。実際にロサンゼルスを訪れた際には同シリーズの商品が店頭に多数ありました。購入を検討するうえで重要な点だったので、質問への回答がなかったことは残念でした。Write a review
