Sairaku Dining Group was founded in 1886 and is headquartered in Saitama Prefecture. We are a company that operates restaurants centering on Japanese cuisine, including Japanese restaurants, buckwheat noodle restaurants, and Japanese-style ramen restaurants. This is a business model that we have entered in order to carry out this philosophy. We are competing not with "tonkotsu" (pork bone) ramen, which is the mainstream ramen in the U.S. and the rest of the world, but with Japanese-style "dashi ramen".
