I am looking for someone to live in the house from May until the end of June. This room is on the second floor.　My husband and son live on the first floor.




You can use the direct entrance to the second floor. The bathroom is shared with the people who live in the room upstairs. （ My husband's son uses one bathroom ）


The deposit is half the rent. If there is nothing to fix, we will refund $ 75 minus cleaning fee when you move out.
There is a small refrigerator and coffee maker on the second floor, but you can also use the kitchen and all kitchen utensils on the first floor.
No curfew, but no drugs. You can smoke outside the house.　You may invite your friends over occasionally, but no overnights.

Townhomes are located in a gated community. There is gate security at the gate for your peace of mind.
Security is on the prowl at night with golf carts.　There are tennis courts and a pool in the community.

We have two dogs. If you do not like dogs, please do not come.
