【勤務形態】ハイブリッド（オフィス勤務と在宅勤務）。火・水・金：在宅勤務。月・木：オフィス勤務。
【勤務時間】月～木：午前9時～午後6時（実働8時間、フレックス勤務可）。金：午前9時～午後2時30分

We offer a hybrid work environment with half day on Fridays. Our hours are Monday through Thursday: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours a day) with flexible start and end times.  Friday: 9:00-14:30. Our team works remotely on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  The last 2 weeks of December is paid time off in addition to other vacation days including all federal holidays.  Numerous other generous benefits are available (health, dental, retirement, etc.) 

仕事内容

ビジネス移民法の実務経験1 年以上優遇。日英語ができ、やる気と協調性のある方。昇進も考慮。仕事内容：事実と法律に基づき、弁護士と共にケースを進行すること。弁護士の戦略に沿って、法的文書の作成、顧客対応など、ケース全般の管理。

1 year experience with business immigration law is preferred. We can greatly accelerate your knowledge and abilities. We are looking for someone with Japanese bilingual capability who is self-motivated and can work with a team. Promotion is possible.  Our paralegals manage and develop cases with attorneys based on facts and applicable law, draft legal documents and communicate strategies developed by attorneys to clients.
