I am looking for a roommate to live in a quiet, gated townhouse that I am currently renting!

The house is a 3 bed/2 bath on 3 floors (1235 Sq. Ft.) with washer/dryer and AC/heat.
There are 3 rooms on the 3rd floor, one of which is currently occupied by a female, and the landlord (male) lives in the first floor garage with one dog (husky).
Everything is shared except the room.

6 tatami mats
room key, closet, furnished
new mattress
rent is $ 850 per month including all utilities and wifi
deposit is $ 600

This month February is free ！ You can move in with a deposit of $ 600. Deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the room that needs to be repaired when you move out.
