Located near 4th street / PCH in Hermosa Beach, very safe.
Kitchen and living room are shared.
Parking space is included.
Neighborhood has coffee shops and Reston Run a few minutes walk away. The beach is a 10 minute walk.
The roommate is an American male.
Rent will be ＄ 1200 per month plus Utilities ＄ 75 per month.
