We are looking for a short-term roommate for a private room in a quiet residential neighborhood in Irvine.
The location is in the very popular Woodbridge area, and there are no security concerns at all.

The house is very sunny and white, and was renovated 2 years ago, so the living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. are very clean.
The room is fully furnished (TV, bed, desk, light, etc.)
Parking is on the street, but there is always space available, so you should have no problem.


This room is shared with a Japanese woman and an American man couple and another roommate.
The kitchen and laundry room are shared by all, and the bathroom is shared with two roommates.



We have a small dog, so please contact us if you are dog-friendly.


Rent includes utilities, internet, etc.
Basic kitchen utensils are available if needed
