Hello all,

I am looking for a flatmate to move into a fully furnished 2B2B in Promenade Towers, located in Bunker Hill, right behind the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The location has ample amount of transportation (stone through away from the Grand Ave/ Bunker Hill station).

It's a private room with an attached bath and a HUGE closet. The rent for the private room is 1800 + utilities. The rent is inclusive of parking, and other building amenities (swimming pool, sauna, jaccuzi, gym). The apartment is extremely safe (a fob is needed for entry).

The house has a lot of light, insane amounts of space and is a steal for the location! The location is very close to the museums, Broad & MOCA, and is at a walking distance from Arts District, Little Tokyo, and DTLA.

Move in date: ASAP.

I am a 26 year old full time grad student and a part time Behavior Technician. I love yoga and exploring cafes. I am a fan of hiking and am trying to train for the LA Marathon.
