We are renting one of our 2 bedrooms in Gardena for $1250/month （ utilities included ） which will be available in April.
Located near Western Ave and Rosecrans Ave, 7 min drive to El Camino College.

The bedroom itself is on the second floor of the apartment and the bathroom is shared.
The bedroom has a walk-in closet, a large north-facing window, and air conditioning.

Pets are allowed as I have a cat myself.
There is only one parking space on the property, but street parking is available.
The location is very convenient, close to the 110 freeway and close to food spots and markets in Gardena.
Laundry is on site.
