We are pleased to offer for rent a room in a house in a safe residential neighborhood in Torrance.

・ Tokyo Central, Daiso and Del Amo shopping mall are conveniently located just 3 minutes by car.
・ Kitchen and living room are shared.
・ Bathroom is next to the room, but it may be used by guests or other people.
・ Spacious kitchen with island.
・ Cars are street parked, but the street in front of the house is almost always empty.
・ No furniture included. （ The furniture in the pictures belongs to the current tenant and does not come with the room. ）

・ Only quiet, clean, considerate and sensible people who can follow common sense rules well.
（ Must be able to follow house rules such as garbage disposal and cleaning ）
・ No pets allowed.
・ No parties, drugs, marijuana, or smoking.
・ No guests allowed.
・ This room is for single occupancy. It cannot be rented by two people, such as a couple or with children.
・ There are 3 other male roommates （ working people ）.
・ Prefer those who are not working from home. Please let us know your daily living pattern when you contact us.
