With this in mind, we have opened two Japanese restaurants with locations in Midtown and Edmond, Oklahoma.
We plan to open a third location in Norman this August.

After encountering authentic Japanese ramen, the couple began pursuing their dream of opening their own ramen restaurant.
In order to create the perfect bowl of ramen, they went to Japan to learn about the depth of ramen, including traditional methods, and opened their own restaurant.
We strive every day to bring excitement and satisfaction to our customers through the harmony of
each element: the aromatic soup, the firm noodles, and the delicate combination of toppings.

Today, we have a large following of Japanese customers as well as local people who
come to us for our ramen.
In addition to ramen, we offer a wide range of Japanese cuisine, including bowls of rice and a la carte dishes that are popular in Japan.

We are open today to continue to provide the best Japanese cuisine to satisfy our customers and to let them know the charm of our restaurant ！.

Tamashii Ramen house is now looking for a manager.
At first, you will learn all the operations （ including the hall and kitchen ） and find the job you want to do and the job that suits you best.
We are looking for someone who can eventually become a manager candidate and contribute to the growth of the restaurant ！

Our customers are not only Japanese but also locals, and we have both Japanese and local staff working in the company.
Therefore, the ability to communicate in English is required.
