In Hawaii, we currently operate eight stores in the center of Waikiki, each in a different business category. Furthermore, five of these stores are located along Seaside Ave, each within a two-minute walk of the other, creating a more attractive area for development.

There are about 30 Japanese people on the team, but there are people of various nationalities, races, and backgrounds within the team. We have a GM who was promoted from an intern, a chef who worked at famous restaurants in Tokyo, Paris, and New York in the past, managers who immigrated from Australia, Canada, and Singapore, a manager who has worked independently, a chef who is a dancer, a manager from a famous Japanese company, a kitchen staff who worked on a cruise ship, a chef who worked at a US military base, and many more. kitchen staff, a chef who worked on a U.S. military base, and many more.
What all these members have in common is that they want to create a good restaurant and make customers happy.
They are pleasant and fun colleagues, but their work is professional. This team is made up of members who take everything positively and are constantly improving their own stores. Thanks to this, all of our stores have grown into popular stores where customers are very happy.

We are currently doing business in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. Waikiki is the center of Honolulu. It is a town where not only local people but also tourists from all over the world gather to enjoy themselves.
One of the attractions here is the warmth of the people and the closeness of the city to nature. The warm smiles of Hawaiian people full of ALOHA spirit. Also, if you go one or two blocks from the store where you work, there is a beach with emerald green ocean. There is also a mountain called Diamond Head and spacious parks. The sun and a nice breeze. The environment could not be better. Many of our staff make it their life's work to go surfing or running before or after work.
We have an environment where you can work seriously and enjoy your life seriously.

One of the jobs in the world where Japanese people can work with great care and delicacy is in restaurants. Japanese service and cuisine can attract people from all over the world. Especially Japanese chefs are very valuable. So, you may be anxious about English. Of course, a minimum level of English is necessary, but service, cuisine, management, and other aspects of the job are more important. Although it is necessary to improve your English without being lenient about not being able to speak it well, Hawaii is historically one of the most pro-Japanese places in the world. It is also a good place to work for those who are new to the world.

We use the following two types of visas

E2 visa
This is a 5-year work visa.
For those with excellent character and sufficient experience in the field and management of a restaurant.
*We will cover the costs.

J1 Visa
This is a one year internship visa.
If you have experience, English, etc., but still have excellent human qualities and experience working in a restaurant, you may be able to obtain this visa.
*Some expenses may be borne by the applicant.

We currently operate 8 stores in Hawaii and have one more scheduled to open in 2022.
