I’m renting a private bedroom in a 2 bdrm/1 bath apartment in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach. Looking for an employed single person who wants to live in a quiet 4 unit bldg. No pets and smoking. Close to 405/91/710 fwy and conveniently located across the street from markets, laundromat,restaurants and shopping along ATLANTIC Blvd/San Antonio Blvd. Prefer someone who is mature, stable, easy going, clean and responsible person. Small bedroom is furnished with side table + desk and office chair (a twin bed w/pillow top mattress is available.) Wall to wall closet. 2 windows. Available September 1, 2024. Rent $950 1/2 utilities. Nice outdoor space with barbeque grill, lemon trees and raised bed. I raise monarch's outdoors so we constantly have butterflies and hummingbirds. Please DM me for more info.
