Venice Beach is a great place for skating, surfing, bicycling and many other activities, so we recommend this property for beach lovers （. Entrepreneurs, nomads, office workers, students, etc. are welcome ）

Access to restaurants, boutiques and other stores within walking distance from the beach. Access to fashionable shopping streets Abbot Kinney and Venice Pier in 15 minutes on foot. Santa Monica Pier is a 7 minute drive （ 40 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride ）, L A X is about a 20 minute drive （ no traffic ）, DTLA is about a 30 minute drive.
