Please note that Only 2 Females live in the home at a time. The girl who rents the front bedroom and the girl who rents the master bedroom.

I'm renting out the master bedroom with its own private Bathroom. Full access to the common areas, living room, dining room, and kitchen. You'll be assigned 1/2 of the kitchen cabinet space. Washer and drying on-premises. Quiet atmosphere in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Street parking.

Wonderful home centrally located near all the best places in Los Angeles; Mountain hiking, Parks, and markets are all within walking distance. Also, Beverly Hills is 5mnt away, and Hollywood is 10mnt away..
