Master bedroom and Front bedroom, each w/private Bathroom. Full access to the common areas, living room, dining room, and kitchen. You'll be assigned 1/2 of the kitchen cabinet space. Washer and drying on-premises. Quiet atmosphere in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Street parking.

Wonderful home centrally located near all the best places in Los Angeles; Mountain hiking, Parks, and markets are all within walking distance. Also, Beverly Hills is 5mnt away, and Hollywood is 10mnt away..
