Conveniently located 3 blocks to the beach and promenade in a very popular area.

There are bus stops nearby for various routes, including the Blue Bus, which is convenient for students without cars.
It is also a short walk to the Expo Line metro station.

Laundry is in a coin laundry located in the apartment building.
Parking is not gated, but if you need it, there are private spaces available within the apartment building.

This is a Japanese man who works remotely （ basically at home ）.
