About our house.

This is a brand new house under construction and is expected to be finished by the end of September or early October 2024.

Right now I am taking reservations for those who are interested and will arrange the tour of the house when it’s ready.

Our house is in Fountain Valley and is close to completion. Once done, everything inside the house going to be brand new. The house is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood near multi million dollar homes and is very safe at night. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

It’s in a convenient location. Very close to the 405 freeway, Orange Coast College, Golden West College, South Coast Plaza, Japanese supermarkets in Costa Mesa and the beach all within 10 - 15 minutes of driving.

This bedroom is furnished with a table and chair, a nice twin size bed, very nice memory foam mattress, pillows, blankets, TV, Netflix ( so you can watch movies) and fast internet.

Room will be available on November 1st, 2024.

The house is very quiet so it's a perfect place to come home and rest after a long day at school or work. It's also a perfect place to study.
