Torrance Roommate / ハウスメイト募集

I am looking for a roommate at my house in Torrance.

4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms Private room in a house, rent for $1,100. Rent includes utilities, Frontier cable, and 500/500 wireless Wi-Fi. A security deposit of $1,100 is required for the first month.

The queen size bed has a double mirrored room closet, double glazed windows and a ceiling fan. There is a private bathroom. In the kitchen, where you can freely use the refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, cabinets, and cooking utensils. There is also a living room, dining room, outdoor balcony (with table and chairs), and laundry room, which you can use freely.

Located in West Torrance, the location is excellent. Del Amo Mall is 0.5 miles away, Starbucks is nearby, and grocery shopping is convenient. Nearby are Tokyo Central, Mitsuwa, H-Mart, and 85 degree Bakery. There is also a Walmart and fast food restaurants nearby.

I'm a 32-year-old man looking for a clean, reliable, and responsible roommate between the ages of 21 to 35.
