**NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING*

*NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN *that the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 09, 2024, at 6:30 PM to consider the following:

(1) The order within the Hermosa Beach City Council will conduct a public hearing on the placement of the sewer service charges on the property tax roll for the fiscal year beginning July 01, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025.

The City of Hermosa Beach annually collects sewer service charges on the tax roll in the same manner, by the same persons, and at the same time as, together with and not separately from, the general taxes of the City. The City of Hermosa Beach has caused a written report to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk regarding the City’s sewer service charges for fiscal year 2024-2025. Such report contains a description of each parcel of real property receiving sewer services furnished by the City and the amount of the charges for each parcel for fiscal year 2024-2025. The report is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.

*SAID PUBLIC MEETING* is open to the public and being held in-person in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. Public comment is only guaranteed to be taken in person at City Hall during the meeting or prior to the meeting by submitting an eComment, email or letter for an item on the agenda.

As a courtesy only, the public may view and participate on action items listed on the agenda via the following: ZOOM, and PHONE, details to be provided in the City Agenda.

*PLEASE BE ADVISED* that while the City will endeavor to ensure these remote participation methods are available, the City does not guarantee that they will be technically feasible or work all the time. Further, the City reserves the right to terminate these remote participation methods (subject to Brown Act restrictions) at any time and for whatever reason. Please attend in person or by submitting an eComment prior to the meeting to ensure your public participation.
