**_NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING_*

The City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold an in-person public hearing on *October 8, 2024* at *6:00 pm* *in City Hall Council Chambers located at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, California 90254* to consider the following:

*Precise Development Plan (PDP 24-10), approved by the Planning Commission on August 20, 2024, for the reconstruction of an existing city-owned surface parking lot located at the southwest corner of 14th Street and Manhattan Ave. (Assessor’s Parcel Number 4183-013-900) in the Downtown Commercial Zone.*

If you challenge the above matter(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that are raised at or before the public hearing.

*PUBLIC PARTICIPATION* Any member of the public is welcome to send The Community Development Department written comments in advance of the hearing or provide public comment during the hearing.
