・ Location ： 1 minute walk from Nijiya Market at 182nd Street in Torrance. 1 min walk from Nijiya Market, close to 405 freeway, easy access to transportation

・ Parking ： Street but no problem

・ Deposit ： $ 1600
・ Rent ： $ 1350/month

・ Utilities ： $ 60~/month

・ Room ： 2100sqft Single family home, ground floor master room, quite spacious. Approx. 620sqft. comes with private bathroom and 2 large closets.

・ Furniture ： None

・ Laundry ： Both washer and dryer in garage

・ Gender ： Japanese male working professionals desired （. All 3 roommates are 30 ～ 40s male. ）

・ Smoking ： outside is ok

・ kitchen ： shared

・ prohibited items ： pets, noise ・ parties, frequent parties, frequent visits by outsiders, etc. Moderation and common sense are preferred
