Room is spacious and has closet space. It is approximately 11 feet ✖️12 feet in size.
There is furniture shown in the pictures. The bathroom is shared with 2 other men. It is clean and well used.

Rent ＄ 650 includes WiFi and utilities. Utility bills go up during the summer and winter months, so we will split the cost 50/50 after showing you the details during those months.
For those who work from home, utilities will always go up, so you will need to pay separately.
Deposits are also ＄ 650 and will be returned if no damage is done when you leave.
