Super nice furnished room for rent in west Torrance / Redondo Beach area in a very safe and nice neighborhood ideal for students 10 minute driving distance to El Camino College, ideal for interns , nurses or engineers who work close to Torrance / Manhattan Beach/ El Segundo / Redondo Beach and Hawthorne companies and hospitals .

2 minute walking distance to public transportation . There a lot of markets, shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance as well like Trader Joe or Vons market.

The house is only 5-10 minute drive to beautiful Redondo Beach , Hermosa Beach , Manhattan Beach and high end shopping centers / restaurants.

Also 5 minutes drive easy access to highways 405 / 105 / 110 if you are commuting to downtown LA or south to Orange County .

There is also pool , Jakuzzi and free gym you can enjoy .

You can use the large kitchen and cook if you like .

I am an engineer myself and I am a super laid back person who is easy to get along with . You will be very comfortable and welcome in the house . You can even bring your friends over time to time to enjoy the house and backyard as long as you are respectful and do not abuse my good will . If you are new to the area i will help you explore the area as well .

I live a very healthy fitness based lifestyle ; I don’t smoke and do not use drugs and absolutely no smoking , no weed , no drugs allowed in the house .

Room is full furnished with bed , study desk and cabinets with mirror. See attached pictures .
