2 ． Arrive at the gym on the day

3 ． Prior 5 minute counseling
We will ask you briefly about your weight loss goals, exercise history, eating habits, etc.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.

4 ． Trial Personal Training 40 min
Based on the area you want to lose weight and your goals, we will check your body functions while having you actually move your body lightly.

5 ． Post-trial counseling 10 min
Based on exercise physiology and nutrition, we will advise you on your desired diet plan.

6 ． End
Please rest assured that we will not solicit you to do anything.

Wear comfortable clothes such as jerseys or training wear
