40 minute Essentrics® full body stretch class to get your Sunday started in a positive and uplifting way. Essentrics® is a dynamic, full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening, while engaging all 650 muscles. We move every single muscle and joint of our body with beautiful music.

This 40 minutes class will increase your flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body. This in-person class takes place every Sunday 8:30 am. All levels are welcome.

Location: Avenue I life guard tower, Redondo Beach

1601-, 1667, Esplanade, Redondo Beach, CA 90277

Day and time : every Sunday 8:30 am

What to bring : plenty of drinking water. No need for yoga mat (all stand up workout)

All participants are required to sign “Informed Consent and Liability Waiver Release “ on the first day.
