I originally bought it out of curiosity （ about $150 at the time ） I bought a large ham and cut it into whatever size or thinness I wanted. The meat was cut with light force.
It was cheap and fun. It was a lot of fun at a home party （ Adults only ）.

Made of stainless steel, it is odor and stain resistant.
Easy to remove the blade after each use （ ） I washed it and disinfected it with alcohol, so it is clean and odorless.
No problems with the blade.
