The house is sunny and spacious with high ceiling. The bathroom is shared with another Japanese female roommate.

Location ： Located between freeway 22 and 405, very easy access.

Other spaces ： Shared toilet, living room, kitchen, laundry, balcony and patio on the second floor.
Parking is available on site or on the street.

We prefer a female who is willing to keep the room clean and use it, as well as share the bathroom.
Housemates are 3 working adults in their 20's-30's and we are looking for someone around the same age. We have a large dog, so dog lovers are welcome.
