We’ve hired a contractor who brought in over 1,000 goats for weed abatement this year. These hardworking goats will be munching on weeds all day long for the next couple of weeks, helping the City with fire prevention and protecting homes from potential wildfires. Their first stop was the Walteria Reservoir and will continue passing through visiting Elm Avenue off Maricopa, Via Corona hillside, and a small property between Newton and Bluff Street.
