私たちThe Other Innocence Projectは、日本や世界中で不当な家族法によって引き離された親子を支援するために設立された非営利団体です。
国をまたいだ子の連れ去り、親子断絶や基本的な人権の否定を許してしまう現状の法制度を明らかにし、異議を唱えています。
また、子どもとの再会や絆の回復を望む親を支援し、援助します。
私たちは、日本を含む、条約締結国であるにも関わらずハーグ拉致条約が無視されている国々において、この問題に関する認識を高め、改革を促進することを目指しています。
私たちは、すべての親子が、国籍や居住地に関係なく、愛情に満ちた有意義な関係を築くべきだと信じています。


The Other Innocence Project is a nonprofit organization that fights for the rights of parents and children who have been torn apart by family law injustice.
We expose and challenge the legal systems that allow international child abduction, parental alienation and denial of basic rights to happen.
We also support and assist parents who want to reunite with their children and restore their bonds.
We aim to raise awareness and promote reform in countries like Japan, where the Hague Abduction Convention is ignored despite being a treaty partner.
We believe that every parent and child should have a loving and meaningful relationship, no matter where they live or where they come from.
