Secure Irvine home, 4 bedrooms.

This is a 4-bedroom house in Irvine, the safest city in the US. I am looking for a female roommate.
The room is private. Bathroom will be shared with a female. It is 5 minutes from the bus stop and close to a shopping center.
Also, UCI, IVC, OCC, University of California, Orange Coast College and Irvine Valley College are about 10 minutes away.
20 minutes to Newport Beach, Disneyland, and Angeles Baseball Stadium, and 15 minutes to Orange County Airport.
Convenient but quiet residential area.
We have a small day care on the first floor. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you like kids and want to work part-time, there are opportunities as well. We hope you have a safe and comfortable stay in beautiful Irvine.

自転車でUCI, IVC に通えます。公園もたくさんあります。
ディズニーランド、ニューポートビーチまで１５分。
