We will rent a room in a house in a safe residential area of Torrance.

We will rent a room in a house in a safe residential neighborhood in Torrance.

・ Tokyo Central, Daiso and Del Amo shopping mall are conveniently located just 3 minutes by car.
・ The bathroom is next to the room and is mostly private. The shower is not a bathtub.
（ Please note that guests and roommates may use this room. ）
・ The kitchen and living room are shared.
・ Washer and dryer included （ Shared but in the house. ）
・ Cars are street parked, but the street in front of the house is almost always empty.
・ No furniture is included.

・ Must be able to follow common sense rules and be quiet and clean.
（ Must be able to follow house rules such as garbage disposal and cleaning ）
・ No pets allowed.
・ No drugs, marijuana, smoking, eating or drinking in the room.
・ No guests allowed.
・ Prefer not to work from home.

・ Rent ＄ 995 / month （ Utilities, trash, water, water filter lease, internet not included / split among residents ）
・ Deposit ＄ 995 When moving out, if the room is not damaged enough to repair. If there is no damage to the room, we will refund the deposit minus the appropriate cleaning fee.
