We are looking for a female housemate to live in a private room in Santa Monica. Currently there is one female housemate.
The room will be a Private room with private bathroom in the room. The room is very sunny and spacious.
It also has a walk-in closet with lots of storage space.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the house, so you can do your laundry anytime.

The kitchen and living room are shared with house mates, but appliances and other necessary items for daily life are included.

There is a private parking space in the apartment, so there is no need for street parking.
Other features of the apartment include an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym.

Santa Monica College （ SMC ）, UCLA, Sawtelle, Santa Monica, and Westwood are one bus ride away or within 5-10 minutes drive.
Great location for UCLA, SMC, Kaplan, and Mentor students.
The area is a 10-minute walk to a Japanese supermarket, safe, and convenient to transportation, so you don't need a car.
You can also walk to Sawtelle if you try hard.

One of the housemates has a small dog, so it would be great if you have no problem living with a dog.

The contract term is a monthly contract.
One month rent $ 1,400 will be required as a deposit when you move in.

*Utility and WIFI fees are not included. Furniture is not included.
