The room is the master room. It is approximately 18 feet ✖️19 feet in size. Private use of bathroom and room.
If you need a bed, you can put a bed in the room.

Rent ＄ 900 includes WiFi and utilities. Utility rates go up during the summer and winter months, so we will split the cost 50-50 after showing you a detailed bill for those months.
For those who work from home, utilities will always go up, so you will need to pay separately.
Deposit will also be returned if there is no damage when you leave at ＄ 900.

Parking is street.
