Our house is in Fountain Valley and is in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood near multi million dollar homes and is very safe at night. There are plenty of parking spaces available on purer spacious driveway.

It’s in a convenient location. Very close to the 405 freeway, Orange Coast College, Golden West College, South Coast Plaza, Japanese supermarkets in Costa Mesa and the beach all within 10 - 15 minutes of driving.

This bedroom is furnished with a table and chair, a nice twin size bed, very nice memory foam mattress, pillows, blankets, 43”TV, Netflix ( so you can watch movies) and fast internet.
