I am going back to Japan for 6 months to a year from April-May and would like to rent a room on the second floor.　My husband and son live on the first floor. My husband and son may be coming out from the middle of June.

*When my family is living in this house, the rent will be ＄ 1100 including utilities and laundry in the community
*After my family leaves, the rent will be ＄ 1200 including rent and utilities. Laundry will use the laundry in the unit

You can use the direct entrance to the second floor. Bathroom will be shared with a student who will be looking for a room upstairs. （ The master son uses one bathroom ）


Rent is a six-month contract. Deposit at move-in is half of the rent. If there is nothing to fix, you will be refunded $ 75 for cleaning fee when you move out.
There is a small refrigerator and coffee maker on the second floor, but you can also use the kitchen and all kitchen utensils on the first floor.
No curfew, but no drugs. You can smoke outside the house.　You may invite your friends to stay with you occasionally, but no overnight stay.

Townhomes are located in a gated community. There is gate security at the gate for your peace of mind.
Security is on the prowl at night with golf carts.　There are tennis courts and a pool in the community.

We currently have a golden retriever on the ground floor. Please do not come if you do not like dogs.
