Quiet residential neighborhood in Garden Grove.

We rent out a room in a townhouse with a pool and tennis court right in front of the house.

We are looking for a family with two elementary school students and a dog.

In addition to the basic rent, there will be meals prepared by a nutritionist for breakfast and dinner and other expenses including internet and electricity.

We believe this is an inexpensive and comfortable environment for students who are new to the U.S. and do not have time to cook meals ・ or for working adults.

We are also in the medical profession and can help you with any medical concerns you may have about living in California.
