This is South Carthay, Los Angeles, a quiet residential neighborhood that retains its historic appearance.
Neighborhood is Beverly Hills,Cluver City and West Hollywood.
Here is a duplex house on the corner one block from the main street La Cienega Blvd and Olympic Blvd, one room on the first floor, shower, room with shower, toilet and private entrance.

The room comes with
air conditioning, central heating, full size bed, glass bookcase, small wardrobe and nightstand, night light, TV, entertainment cabinet and wardrobe, closet, wifi, utilities are Included.

And communal
parlor with fireplace, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, etc. Car will be street parked, but we can issue a permit.
Pets required, smoking on request.
Rental period can be from one week to long term.
Bus stop is conveniently located in the neighborhood ♪

Lastly, I would like to introduce the house owner.
I am a Japanese man who has lived in LA for 25 years.
I have 2 friendly puppies.
