Private guest house for rent on a single family property in the quiet and safe City of Orange.

It is an 8 minute drive to CSUF, 12 minutes to Fullerton College, and 8 minutes to Chapman University.
Disneyland is a 15 minute drive and Angel Stadium is 10 minutes away. A Japanese supermarket (Tokyo Central) is also 15 minutes away by car.
The nearest highways are #91, #55, and #57, which are very convenient.
The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.
Very safe as it is right next to an elementary school. Located in a secluded Cul-De-Sac, it is quiet with little traffic.

Newly remodeled at the end of 2023, this is a new and clean one bedroom guest house.
Living room, bathroom, kitchen, washing machine ・ dryer, all in the guest house for your personal use.
Furnished with bed, study desk, large TV, couch, closet, etc. Kitchen utensils are also provided. There is a private entrance and a small patio.

The owners are myself （ a Japanese ） and my American-Asian husband, a couple in their 30s.
We are separated from the main house, so if you want a private life, you almost don't have to see each other.
But they are basically friendly and can give you advice on many things since they are working for foreign students in Visa.
