Quiet Private Room

Seeking a month to month guest to move in and share our two bedroom, one bath penthouse in Long Beach near downtown.

Located on E 1st Street between Alamitos and Bonito Streets.

It is very well located near restaurants, downtown shopping, convention center, theaters, outlet malls, and within walking distance to Shoreline Village. .08 miles away is Bixby Park where there is daily free yoga classes. kYour room is private with two windows that create a nice cross wind in the room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The home is located on the 3rd floor (top floor, penthouse) and is very quiet. There are no neighboring apartments on either side or above. There is a small private shared deck. The size of the private room is 13 feet by 11 feet with a queen size new bed, a small tall dresser, a table, a mini fridge and a large closet.

The rent is $975/month including utilities. A $100 non refundable cleaning fee is required upon reservation of the room.

Short term stays are $45 a night.

A deposit of $500 is required for month to month reservations made two or more weeks in advance.
The $500 will go towards the first month’s rent upon move-in.
30 days move-out notice is required on month to month stays.

There is an on site shared washer and dryer available.

Parking is on the street. It is relatively easy to find a parking space before 6:00 PM.

If you do not have a car, the bus stop is a 3-5 minute walk and the train station is a 5-6 block walk away, allowing you to reach most parts of LA and there is a bus line within Long Beach that can bring you to Surf City (Huntington Beach) and Orange County.
