11/17/23 LA County announces the Los Angeles County Rent Relief Program, offering
30,000 grants per unit up to a maximum of ＄
per unit to help pay for the expenses of landlords who have up to 4 rental units. per unit up to a maximum of 4 rental units to help defray the cost of the rental.


The purpose of this grant is to assist in the financial hardship caused by the Corona disaster from 4/1/22 to the present,
to prevent tenant eviction ・ and to assist small landlords in creating a healthy rental business, thereby ensuring easy access to rental space.

Applications will be accepted in mid-December.
