疲労回復・ストレス解消・快眠へと導びきます。
《キャンドルヨガ》
キャンドルの灯りのゆらめきには「１/ｆゆらぎ」と呼ばれる効果があり、揺れる炎を見ているだけで、
簡単に心身共にリラックスできる事が証明されています。
キャンドルの効果・効能に炎には空間を浄化する力があると言われていて、神社や教会など、ろうそくが灯されているのはこのためだと伝えられています。キャンドルを1時間使用した時に脳が感じる癒しの効果は、視覚や嗅覚からのアプローチにより自律神経バランスを整える
エネルギーを高める・精神が研ぎ澄まされる・脳のバランスが整うetc… など、
リラックス効果だけではない、様々な効果が期待できると言われています。

・以前大怪我や、手術などをされて自由に動かせないとこがある場合は最初にお伝えください
・お食事は二時間前までにお済ましください。軽い軽食は１時間前までに。
・動きやすい格好で来られて下さい
・初回 10ドル
・２回目以降 1回 15ドル

化学物質を多く含む石油から採取したパラフィンで作られたキャンドルは使用いたしません。
