Free [Yoga and Meditation: Creating a Vision of Who You Want to Be] Online Event

Join us for a free 75-minute online yoga event featuring yoga, simple breathing exercises, relaxing meditations, and a vision for the New Year. Please feel free to join us, even if you have little or no experience. We welcome you to participate off camera, with your children, or with your family.
If you have a vision of how you want to live your life in the new year and beyond
in a relaxed state after yoga and meditation,
