How to Provide Verbal Public Comment In-Person or Online:

"Register online to speak at the meeting [ https://www.culvercity.org/City-Hall/Meetings-Agendas ]". Find the meeting under "Request to Speak at a Meeting" on the City's website. Complete the online form. [A QR code will be provided on site for in-person attendees.] Indicate how you will attend (in-person or virtually) and on which agenda item(s) you wish to comment. Requests to speak for each agenda item must be received "before the agenda item is called to be considered". At the start of the public comment period for an agenda item, staff will read aloud the names of those who have requested to speak. At the discretion of the presiding officer, speakers may be called in chronological order based on when they registered. At the discretion of the presiding officer, each comment may be up to three minutes in length, unless otherwise established, and the total public comment period may be limited to an aggregate duration. Contact the City Clerk's Office at 310.253.5851 during business hours in advance of the meeting for help signing up to speak at the meeting or by speaking to staff upon arrival to the meeting room.
